Alchemy studios is a collective of professional healers and body workers skilled in energy work, movement practices, and community engagement to support your wellbeing on many levels.
We believe healing and wellness happens on multiple levels beyond just the physical aspect of repair. It’s our experience that healing happens, mentally, emotionally, physically and most profoundly, spiritually. You can have tens of thousands invested in therapy, 6 figure surgeries, and have employed the help of many others - and yet still find yourself struggling.
While we are not therapists, or physicians; we are spiritual counselors who specialize in the practice of restoring and balancing the spirit or soul, often through techniques like prayer, meditation, and energy work.
We are skilled in western and eastern modalities as well as ancient indigenous practices to restore elements lost during trauma, recovery, or wounding. We aim to reconnect individuals with their truest selves, restore parts and power, and enhance overall well-being.

Our spiritual ecosystem includes the following modalities and practices:
Usui Reiki Energy Healing ~ Foundational work within Chakras, & Meridians to clear, release, heal and seal.
Western Shamanism based on strong indigenous practices rooted in ancient earth based healing.
Qi Gong ~ meridian based mindful movement to continue to improve the flow of Qi
Restorative Yoga ~ mindful breath, lengthening, flow sequences dropping you into your center of gravity letting go of the busy mind.
Meditation ~ a whole host of practices to support you right where you are.
Additionally, we believe in the power of community, and belonging.
Having a community of like minded souls, pursuing wellness in ways that feel right for them; all upon the path and supporting one another is what we believe “Be the Change” is all about.
To that end we host circles, where the discussions are lively, juicy and some will have you on the edge of your seat and others we’ll sink into a peaceful meditative repose ~ but all are geared toward fostering everyone’s thoughts to come forward in a safe, non judgmental and peaceful ease.
Indigenous cultures knew the value of talking circles, other spaces call them sanghas or satsang. While no one here is a guru and certainly not claiming to be anything of the sort, we know that in circle we learn, grow, and benefit from one another's perspectives as it sharpens our own toolkit. And we meet friends, soul friends, mentors and allies along the way.
