60 Minute Re-Balance
You’ll be greeted into a serene natural environment with warm towels and green tea with flower essences upon entering the room.
We’ll check in and glean the focus of the work for the session. I will step out, and you’ll lie fully clothed on a comfy massage table. Once the session begins, you’ll be guided into slow intentional breath work designed to ease the CNS into deeper levels of relaxation.
At the conclusion of the session, we’ll have a brief discussion before you’re released calmer and more peaceful back into the wild.
90 Minutes
Enhance your healing experience with a 90 minute session. It covers all the yummy bits of the 60 minute session, but allows for greater ease & more time over each energy center for clearing and rebalancing.
I find the pace of 90 minutes to feel more restorative for clients and complete with energetic rebalancing.
